   With inflation at an all time high, we look for value when going out to eat. Unfortunately, unless you are going to sit down for their late night menu, I could have went the Keg for an additional $40-50. $152 for 4 burgers side of fries, 1 fries appetizer, glass of wine and a single drink which they itemized it as a double on the bill. The fries came in like they were from the bottom of the bag, little frites. The manager did take off the bill and then fresh ones came. They charged for extra sauce and portions were small. I don’t usually check the bill but once they tried to cheap out on fries appetizer I checked the bill. Sure enough, they tried to charge me for a double while taking off my fries. So, when you go here make sure you check your bill. This is not the way to run a business to increase margin. It was empty for a Friday night? Then people rolled in after 9pm.The value just isn’t here. The quality was good and the burgers were good but I think this franchise model or business model can be better articulated and attract more people regularly. Not just their 50% off late night. I have only been to their Victoria location several times but in the early days where the value was really good. The restaurant industry is a tough one with inflation but good businesses and business models pivot. So, it seems that these guys really need to review their model and adjust to the times. Knowing this, I would have gone to the Keg on Willingdon for $200 and got prime rib. In all fairness, only 5% of business can see this trend and adapt. Most businesses are forcing feeding people this shrinkflation model on the populations. I like to call it Restaurant Fascism. No soup for you! Good Business owners adapt and excel during the times. I hope you can self reflect and make your business better for others rather than trying to follow a norm. Think outside the box, Should I upload my CV? Haha!;) I hope you take this as constructive to effort to better it for people! :)

   Excellent food. Attentive staff without being obtrusive. Good atmosphere. Will definitely come again.

   Reservation is made easily and we were seated quickly. The food was tasty, good presentation, and hot. There’s a wide selection of burgers - beef, chicken, and veggie options. Jen was our server and was attentive. The manager was present and brought our entrees. The restaurant was clean on the inside and outside. There’s plenty of parking.

   Service was pretty slow and they didn’t seem too busy. Food was good but took a long time. When we wanted to get the check it also took a long time.

   Everything was above & beyond from arrival to leaving. Four burgers (all different) and a salad & everything was very good. No complaints. Service was really good.

   Reservation was easy to make. Had to call tour the number of people, which they accommodated easily. Then added 2 more upon arrival. The server was wonderful. She was attentive and responsive. Drink refills were brought out. She separated the bills correctly, as there were 10 people and 5 bills. The food came out hot, presentation was nice, and tasted good! The tiramisu dessert was better than expected. Definitely would get again. It would’ve been nice had there been space to go in and out at both ends of the long table. We slid the tables over to make space between it and the wall.

   Let’s start with one of the best cups of coffee I’ve had in a long time. The burger was amazing, the fried pickles were yummy, and I love a place that lets you pick your dips ! And you gotta try the house iced tea ! Staff and food were excellent

   Burger was dry, fries were old and onion rings were dry/re-heated tasting. Not a great meal for $70 for 2 burgers. Wouldn’t go back.

   Went with a group of friends.all food was good, service and servers attentive but not hovering, so great!!! Mushroom burger with tofu patties highly recommend! Also highly recommend the bartender. ;)
