   Specifically noted On the booking we had a pram. Despite this we were seated on the first floor and then told we could not bring the pram upstairs. The manager was very unhelpful stating simply no prams could be taken up and there was nothing he could do. We spent the duration of our meal with our 4 month old daughter sitting on our laps being passed from person to person as we were not allowed to bring a pram upstairs for her to sleep in as no solution or compensation was a offered. A real example of how not to manage customers. Other wise the staff waiting the tables were excellent.

   Food arrived before drinks. Asked three times for the bill and waited another 10 minutes for the payment to be taken.

   Expérience mitigée. Le cadre du restaurant est agréable, mais l’accueil n’a pas été à la hauteur. Nous avions réservé pour 20h45, et dès notre arrivée, le serveur nous a informés que, puisque les cuisines fermaient à 21h, l’entrée et le plat seraient servis en même temps. À peine nos plats finis, le dessert était déjà servi ! Le repas a été très expéditif, ce qui n’a pas été une expérience agréable, surtout pour un repas de Noël. Bien que je comprenne que le personnel souhaitait également célébrer Noël, la plateforme de réservation aurait dû nous informer de ces contraintes, notamment en proposant une tranche horaire plus tôt. L’accueil était froid et la serveuse désagréable, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore moins agréable. Karine et Bruno

   we were on holidays in London, it was the Christmas meal long-booked when we arrived we were told that we had 40 minutes to eat because the restaurant was closing, and they brought us the starter at the same time as the main course! you should not accept the reservation if the time was too short to eat the food was good but we didn't have time to enjoy it, not even to drink coffee or tea at the end! several customers were in the same situation, it's a shame for a Christmas meal

   We had a lovely christmas eve dinner. Sean was fabulous. Been in Covent Harden since 23rd and he was the first person to actually say “Merry Christmas “! Made our evening. Thank you Sean😊🎄

    Nicely situated. We were a party of 6 plus a dog. We had a good location away from too much hustle and bustle. The treats provided for the dog were a nice touch! There was a good choice of tasty food for adults and kids.
