Took 45 minutes for our salads to arrive and another 35 for the entrees. The waitress ignored us instead of giving updates. I had to get up twice to ask where the food was. She said there was a problem with the pasta machine, although several of our orders did not involve pasta. The food was mediocre at best, and the service abysmal.

The service is Great The food is Fantastic and the portions are NOT small The price is moderate and well worth it

We were there with our 2 year old grandson. Our waiter Scott was so awesome. He made sure to slice one of the pizza slices into small slices so it was child friendly and brought him an ice cream at the end of the meal.

We had a super nice waiter!!!! Great guy!!! But he had way too many tables. He was hustling the whole time, friendly, and doing his best but they either need mire servers or the others there need to do more. Hadn’t been to Bertuccis in years …food was ok….toppings were just very sparse.
