The traditional charcoal barbecue at our steakhouses in Manchester, Liverpool, Altrincham and Leeds are carefully designed to seal in the succulent juices and delicious flavours by slowly roasting each cut of meat to perfection. We only cook the finest cuts of beef, pork and chicken alongside treats such as prime Brazilian sausages and chicken hearts for you to enjoy in abundance. • Beef Ribs (Costela De Boi)

  The best barbecued ribs you will ever taste! We cook them the traditional way (slow roasted for 4 hours in our BBQ charcoal grill). Crispy and tender, they really melt in the mouth!

• Beef Skirt (Fraldinha)

  Prized for its flavour, the beef skirt has a rich, buttery taste that offers a satisfying and tender texture

• Chicken Wrapped In Pancetta (Frango Com Pancetta)

• Prime Brazilian Pork Sausage (Linguica De Porco)

  Our Brazilian-style pork sausage is packed with a real oomph! Extremely flavoursome and slowly grilled to perfection, they are crisp on the outside and succulent and spicy on the inside

• Rump Steak (Alcatra)

  The Rump Steak is a special cut of the top sirloin, just below the Picanha and, like Picanha, Alcatra is a popular cut in Brazil for its succulence and taste

• Sirloin Steak (Contrafilé)

  The Sirloin comes from the rear of the animal, and is a very juicy, soft and flavoursome cut of beef

• Chilli Beef (Picanha Com Pimenta)

  Tender pieces of Picanha marinated in a very special hot chilli sauce. A true taste sensation!
