The highlight of Bellpepper restaurant at Hyatt Regency Mainz hotel is the open show kitchen, which gives an insight into the food preparation and the staff at work. Our restaurant’s focus is on fresh and regional ingredients, which are used in exquisite international dishes. Newly renovated in 2012, the modern and elegant interior design invites to relax and enjoy good food. For smaller festivities or a dinner in a private atmosphere for up to 18 persons, the separate wine boutique in the restaurant is at guest`s disposal. The wide glass window front is unique, which offers amazing views of the nearby river Rhine as well as the sunny Bellpepper Terrace in the summer months.

Ein sehr schöner Abend. Ich hatte allerdings versäumt meine World Of Hyatt-Nr. beim Bezahlen anzugeben, damit der Rechnungsbetrag von 231,-€ + 15 € Trinkgeld angerechnet werden kann. Die Nummer lautet: 563349419J. Es wäre schön, wenn Sie das nachholen könnten - Danke, MfG Sven Bellmuth.

Erst ein Drink in der Bar, im festlich geschmückten Foyer, dann ein sehr gutes Dinner im Restaurant. In der Adventszeit ist das für uns schon Tradition. Einfach immer ein sehr schöner Abend.
