Had a good experience at Bella’s. We had the restaurant to ourselves so it was quiet and service was quick. The food was good and the drinks were decent. Overall it was a good experience for celebrating my birthday. Oh and the view was really good also.

I would not recommend for eating, drinks and ambiance were great but the food was not. I ordered the oysters and had to return them as they were fishy and dry. Not a good selection to choose from either. One positive, the shrimp was great.

Buena comida, pero no extraordinaria. Precios muy exagerados en comidas y bebidas para lo que presentan. Se come igual, o mejor, a menor precio en otros restaurantes de la ciudad. Vista extraordinaria; el local es chico y el aire acondicionado pésimo, terminamos pidiendo unos abanicos para terminar nuestra cena ya que permiten a otros clientes abrir los ventanales. La logística del estacionamiento al restaurante es muy complicada y larga; adicional a esto, es restaurante no reconoce nada del ticket del estacionamiento. La verdad, no volvemos a repetir.

llegamos y nos dijeron que nuestra reserva era afuera y dije que si nos podian poner adentro porque habia mucho viento y me dijeron que todo estaba reservado, el lugar estaba vacio y cuando nos fuimos aun no había llegado nadie

Pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was not very full and our servers were both knowledgeable and attentive. I don't think we had to wait for mre than a few seconds for the water or wine to be refilled. Lobster was pefect. Carrot cake great and more than enough for 2 people. Will be back next week!

Our last night in Panama and Celebrating my 40th birthday we decided to go have dinner here. I'm glad we did. The service was great. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The food was exceptional, and the drinks were delicious. Next time in Panama I'll make sure to revisit.
