   1st time in at Bella Napoli and I will definitely be back. It has a very cozy atmosphere, great drinks, and even better food. The pizza is outstanding and if you want a great pasta dish the Short Rib Papadelle is amazing. Great place to take your family in the NW Burbs!

   We had a reservation for 4 for 6:45, arrived on time and we weren’t seated until 7:23. It was very loud and the tables are very crowded/close together, hard to have a normal, personal conversation. Live music started toward the end of the night which made it even louder. The ambiance and decor feels like a modern American restaurant with red lighting and a big bar in the middle. It doesn’t feel like an Italian restaurant at all, so while the live singer could be considered a fun touch, it just made the experience and ambiance further from what you’d expect from an Italian dinner. Service was somewhat slow but to be expected since it was so crowded and it was restaurant week. The food was good though and well priced.

   We went for an early dinner due to 2 little ones. I was surprised that they sat us right in the middle of the dining floor. The tables were very tight together. Service was a little longer than expected but everything that came out was fresh and tasty! We did the restaurant week special menu but looked at the regular menu as well and nothing seemed outlandish for price. Highly recommend the pizzas.

   Fabulous salmon and filet. Cauliflower mash was delicious. It was tremendously crowded. Servers and guests were constantly bumping into our table and my chair. In all fairness, they could not help it. The waiter was so friendly and accommodating. I just suggest that if you want to carry on a conversation, don’t go on a Saturday night.

   This is the best place in the area for Fillet Mignon ( I know it sounds strange for Italian restaurant:) in terms of price and quality no restaurant can beat it! Our server was excellent and despite the place being fully packed our waiting time was very reasonable.

   The San Marzano sauce is to die for. Pizzas were even better than I remembered. Everything was great and everyone loved it! Pig and Fig and the spicy pizza, rigatoni Alla vodka, salmon, bruschetta, fried mozzarella, and arancini balls. Delish!

    Enjoyed sharing the experience with 3 people who have not tried wood-fired pizzas!!!! They loved it!!!!
