   The staff was friendly and attentive. There were so many great menu choices and everything we finally decided on was tasty. The prices were super reasonable given the quality of the food and the whole restaurant had a relaxing ambiance

   A manager/host stood in the doorway pointing at tables that were going to be open soon, and rushed people out. Tables were not wiped down in-between guests. Fresh flatware was being sat on tables while plates and cups from the previous guests were still on the table. Tables were getting shoved around and guests who were sitting and eating were asked to scoot around to accommodate. Our waitress kept talking to another waiter from across the room. The phrase “I’m just trying to get you some” with loud laughter was tossed out at one point. Our waitress messed up the bills, admitted she knew they were wrong when they were printed, and then stood over our shoulder while we selected tips and muttered “ok good” when each of us selected the amount. She was also weirdly handsy for my personal space and kept touching my shoulder and back when coming to speak to us-and to tell us it’s a mad house and that the food/drinks will take a while instead of apologizing about the wait. Her use of per names also was used in a condescending manner, rather than a southern charm way. “Honey, thats truffle aoli” “sweetheart, I knew that was wrong but I figured yall could figure it out” We felt rushed in our time but chose to stay so we could catch up. We all come from hospitality so we understand the busyness around Valentine’s Day, but definitely found the servers inappropriate in conversation, the seating hostess rude in talking about people needing to leave within ear shot, and overall experience lack luster, ill mannered and unprofessional. We’re not angry Karen’s by any means, but expected a higher quality overall. Sharing for feedback and training.

   My sister and I enjoyed our dinner and drinks so much!Ian took great care of us, and the burrata appetizer was top shelf!

   It’s always relatively great but something has changed w/your crispy chicken sandwich & it wasn’t as good We came in so my friend could have the halibut He thinks it’s the best he has ever had !!

   The food was delicious, but we had very slow service. We waited 30 minutes for someone to take our drink order, and after we received our drinks we then waited another 25ish minutes before she came back to take our food order. The food did come out quickly but then again we waited a really long time, over a half hour when we had finished, just to get a check and couldn’t find ever find our server.
