   Service super par la barmaid! J’ai pris le tasting menu avec le Wine paring, 65$ pour le wine paring est assurément une aubaine. Pour les plats tout était bon, bien balancés, sauf un qui était un style de bœuf braisé croustillant, c’était lourd et très salé. Ceci n’était pas en ligne avec la continuité du repas, poisson crus, calmars et la succulente caille ! Le dessert , je comprends l’effort autour du miel, un bon mélange de texture, mais rien de spectaculaire! L’endroit était tranquille, il avait une réception , donc les rideaux entre le bar et la pièce principale était fermés, ceci enlève à la beauté des lieux. Au final, un menu 5 services avec wine paring pour 200$, c’est bien, mais je vais y retourner pour les plants à la carte je crois .

   The experience and service was consistent with my experience five years ago, five days ago and today. Im always happy to bring people here for a refined but welcoming meal with a side of exceptional service

   We decided to journey though the tasting menu with wine pairing. Each course continued to impress, thinking how can it possibly get better, each pairing was perfect. It should also be noted, my wife has celiac disease, the chef was able to make slight adjustments to the menu to accommodate.    Fantastic hanger steak, cooked just as I asked. All food was good including dessert, and the wines/drinks we ordered. Excellent service!

    Honestly I found the vegan tasting menu incredibly over priced and the courses were very slow coming out which I understand is apart of the experience and that this might not have been an often ordered item The main course (4/5) was not good, the eggplant was unseasoned. Gross. Really not a fan, didn't feel like the faro suited the flavor profile. I also don't think apple cinnamon and chocolate peanut butter go together.. but to each their own. I will be dreaming about the beat and "anchovy" first course. Service for the courses took 2.5 hours which was much longer than predicted - though this was priced in such a way that it was an experience.. I also found the price steep for the items received but it was for sure an experience that if I didn't have plans later would have been more relaxing I also didn't love the music chosen for ambience but this is to the disgression of the restaurant staff. Whatever.
