The Bistro Quarter's restaurant and bar is located on the fringes of Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke on Trent in Staffordshire.

It strikes the perfect balance between exceptional dining and affordability. The interior-designed surroundings are modern, yet elegant, with an emphasis on a relaxed and friendly vibe. The menu and cocktail bar are designed to satisfy most tastes and combine classic British menus with a bistro-style serving.

The Executive Chef, Malk Walker, is proud of his two rosettes and takes pride in everything he does. The Bistro is open from 8am for breakfast, lunch and dinner or you can just pop in for a coffee and a pastry or a cocktail.

2 for 1 Cocktails are served from 4pm-6pm (Tues-Sat).

Venue is beautifully decorated. The younger staff are far to inexperienced. Food on the floor which was never swept the whole time we were there. Alot of dust on lights and on accessories. Drinks served were on the slow side The pork scratchings starter were far too big and need to be bite sized, this made them difficult to eat. Food had taste. Beef was cooked well but too fatty, and roast potatoes were too hard. In our view, one or two tweeks needs to be made in order to give it that wow factor .

Lovely spot, the decor is fantastic! Our food was very nice, a bit slow in coming, but it’s still early days and I’m certain there are things to work out. We did find it a little bit heavy on salt, but certainly not terribly so, and other than that, it was great. Our server was very sweet, but new and a bit nervous, but very nice. I suspect parking is going to be a challenge, particularly as it gets busier! Really enjoyed the meal and will definitely be back!

An excellent well thought out bistro that clearly has a great chef. Lovely atmosphere. felt a little bit like The Ivy (the real one). Intimate as there are probably around 40 covers in the restaurant. definitely worth a visit. Some will use it for special occasions, others for nice regular eating out and company. As a business owner I would recommend taking clients there for discreet lunches etc. Hopefully it can replicate its former glory when it was Brunswick House, which was a center for good food and good company. It deserves to

Lovely experience! I went with my friend for my birthday lunch and the service was good, mood was light and it wasn’t too noisy. Food was delicious and the design of the place was pure class. Would recommend for sure

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Staff were so friendly & helpful. The bistro decor is of a very high standard but still warm & welcoming! The range of menu offered is wonderful and food is exceptional, fresh and incredibly well presented. Can’t wait to return!

The new bistro is beautiful, nice atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. We had breakfast, which was great, although they could maybe do with more gluten-free options
