BCN Taste & Tradition, the name gives a nod to Barcelona and the meld of traditional and modern Spanish cuisine. Chef Luis Roger relocated from Girona, Spain - trained under Michelin Chef Ferran Adria at elBulli- and taught at the renowned culinary school Aula Gastronomica de l’Emporada.

Located on a 1920’s era Victorian home in the trendy Montrose/Museum District (4210 Roseland St.). BCN Taste & Tradition will recreate an authentic Spanish style dining experience with unparalleled service. The menu will showcase all the fantastic, cutting-edge haute cuisine that put Spain on the world stage.

Credit card info required for reservations larger than 5 guests. A $50/person fee will be charged if you are unable to cancel within 48 of your scheduled time or if your party decreases in size within 24 of your reservation. No fee will be assessed for transferring the reservation to a different name.

    The wife and I had a fantastic experience at BCN! The food was delicious and the service impeccable (Pedro was great)! We enjoyed the octopus, duck, and succulent pig. All excellent! Most importantly, we were made to feel comfortable and welcome. Congrats to BCN on the Michelin star! It is well deserved!

    As usual, BCN did not disappoint. It is certainly one of our favorite restaurants. We hope BCN continues at the same level. We also hope MAD improves too!

    BCN is such a great experience. Ximena, Paco and the whole staff make you feel at home, while eating one of the best menus in Houston. Highly recommended and well deserved of its Michelin Star.

    The food was excellent and the restaurant was meticulous. The wait staff was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and polite. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience.

    We loved everything we ordered. The drinks were amazing, the food was delicious and flavorful. Everything served was impeccable. The service was excellent and was made even more special by Edgar. We’re happy we chose to celebrate our 7th anniversary here. The establishment is truly deserving of its michelin star.

    The cocktails were just as delicious as they were beautiful to look at. The food was unfussy with delicious ingredients and reasonable quantities. We are already planning the next visit there.
