   This was our first visit to Batuqui and it won’t be our last. The food was outstanding ding and the service was very efficient t and friendly.

   We have dined at Batuqui in Larchmere numerous times since discovering it a few years ago. Batuqui has always been outstanding in every aspect. Service is consistently excellent. Everyone there is attentive, helpful, and friendly. The atmosphere is wonderful. The relatively small indoor seating area is in a charming old house. Sometimes, as was the case for our meal yesterday, the feeling is relaxing and calm, and at other times the energy is at a high level. Either way is fine with us. We find the atmosphere to be always comfortable and fun. There is an excellent wine list. The food is always amazing! Our meal yesterday was no exception. We stayed away from Batuqui for years, because we thought there might not be much on the menu that we would eat. We eat seafood, but not meat such as beef, pork, or chicken. We discovered that they have a wide range of foods that fit fine with our diet. Some of uur favorites are the mussels, either regular or diablo, the palmito salad with either salmon or shrimp (both top quality and cooked perfectly), the vegetais (seasonal), and the mousse de Maracuja passion fruit mousse. The coffee is also excellent. Highly recommended!

   This is one of the best kept not-so-secrets in Cleveland. So freaking good. We are close by and frequent the restaurant a number of times each year and honestly have never had a bad meal. Everything, food, drinks, service are on point.

   Really exceptional flavor and service. I would go back just for the food and the ambience might be the best part of the restaurant. Very warm and inviting. Great wine, great food, attentive but discreet service.

   While we go to Batuqui 5 to 6 times a year, this visit was for Cleveland Restaurant Week. The menu included a couple of options for starters, a couple of options for entree, and a couple of options for dessert. Much like past experiences, the food was wonderful and the service was excellent. We're anxious to visit when the Larchmere location moves to their new address and will continue to visit Chagrin Falls on a regular basis. This is one of our favorite restaurants to visit in town.
