   Some of our food took a very long time to come out. One of the meals never came out so we ended up leaving without it. We were first told they were out of a desert, only to come out 45 min later to say they didn't have the second choice we ordered and offered us a third option that non of my parties wanted. Drinks were great though, so shout out to the bartender. Overall, it took forever for my table to be tended to after we sat down. We will not be going back.

   We had to pay $10 to park in the (empty) parking lot of the establishment. Sat for almost 30 minutes no server ever came to our or even acknowledged that we were even there. I would’ve even took into consideration if the establishment was busy but they WERE NOT! There was literally only about 3-4 sets of people there including mine (about 8 people) & not even in the same area. So we decided to leave & go elsewhere. Not sure if I’d ever return.

   The server was terrible we had ask for everything including silverware, my food came out 20 minutes before my wife food and I wasn’t going eat without her, so by the time her food came mine was warm to cold. The drink I had was water down and my red snapper we so bland, I only finished the Brussel sprouts. The decor and entertainment was amazing but the food and drinks are seriously lacking and overpriced. I wouldn’t return.

   The food was good, and the ambience was sexy. I really enjoyed the entertainment, especially the extra things they did for the birthday people. It gave a nice vibe. However, I am always super annoyed when restaurants don’t offer tap water and essentially force you to buy bottled water. Don’t nickel and dime me for water when the food is already overpriced to begin with. Service was just okay for us. She wasn’t bad but she wasn’t great either.

   Batsi -Disappointing Experience I had heard such positive things about Batsi, so I was excited to finally dine there. Unfortunately, my experience was far from the glowing reviews. Firstly, the parking situation was inconvenient. Valet was the only option, or we had to park across a busy street, which felt unsafe. Upon entering, the hostess immediately focused on the small personal-sized cupcake I had brought, informing me of a $50 cake charge. This seemed excessive and frankly, a bit off-putting. Our server's demeanor was also underwhelming. She lacked enthusiasm and friendliness, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. The lack of tap water options was another minor but surprising oversight. We were charged $5 per person for Fiji water, which felt unnecessary. While the ambience of the restaurant was undeniably impressive, it wasn't enough to compensate for the poor service and unexpected charges. Ultimately, the experience fell short of expectations, and I don't foresee myself returning.

   Cold in the restaurant, water in bathroom was freezing, servers were okay; some had terrible attitude. For tips to be my birthday dinner i wasn’t pleased overall. Defiantly could be better and 20$ for parking and valet is optional is insane

    Nice atmosphere, food is okay. Drinks are extremely expensive but this is a place I would only go to for drinks. Food is not the best and service was horrible.
