For all breakfast reservations of groups up to 8 people, the menu is a fixed price of $45 per person, including a coffee, plus a 10% service fee, which you can view via our website below. https://www.batherspavilion.com.au/spaces/bistro/ For full choice from our a la carte breakfast menu, you are more than welcome to walk in. We reserve over half the Bistro for walk ins.

Christmas Day Breakfast Fruit & pastry to share to start, choice of main course, coffee and a juice. You reservation is for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Adults: $110 Kids under 10: $70. We take prepayment of 50% of the menu price at the time of booking. **CANCELLATION POLICY** Cancellations made before 1st November will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 11th November will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after 1st December.

Celebrate at Bathers' this New Year's Eve with an unforgettable evening of entertainment, champagne and great food. Champagne on arrival - 3 course choice menu plus snacks by head chef Perry Hill - Adults $200 Kids $170. We require a deposit of 50% of the menu price per person at the time of booking. Cancellations made before the 24th December 2024 will receive a refund, after this there are no refunds.

Made to wait for a few minutes before being acknowledged. Then the staff member asked for my booking name without greeting us or even saying hello. Couldn’t muster a smile. We then waited 15 minutes before flagging down a staff member to take our order. It was not particularly busy at the time of arrival. The food was lovely and the venue is beautiful. Have been many many times and it was a shame to receive unfriendly service, a smile goes a long way.

Bathers Bistro at Balmoral is our 'Go To' place for special family occasions or to entertain overseas family and friends. All the elements for a truly enjoyable celebration are spot on - food, wine, service, ambience, THE LOT! Without doubt our Special Place!

We celebrated my daughter's 17th birthday with a family breakfast. The set menu included blueberry pancakes, fruit salad, avocado toast, eggs with hollandaise on English muffins, and scrambled eggs on sourdough. Extras like avocado, tomato, feta, mushrooms, and bacon added to the options. The portions were substantial, the flavors fresh, and the quality of produce (especially the tomatoes) was impressive. The service was excellent, accommodating my coeliac daughter with care and attention. They even surprised her with a gluten-free chocolate cookie with a candle. The room is lovely and of course, a brilliant location.
