We had the chef’s seven course tasting menu with the wine pairing. The dishes were amazing and the staff was as well. Will definitely be coming back to Bas Rouge.

Did not disappoint; we had tried to get in a few other times but were delighted when the timing aligned. Every detail from the tile/decor down to the tableware was exceptional. The amuseboosh was a perfect start. I had the best tuna tartare Ive ever eaten. It was packed with flavor, great use of mild heat and served over crispy rice. My next course was equally enjoyable - beef cheeks over a bed of Spätzle. The main dish, venison was perfectly cooked and prepared with crispy kale, mashed potato and flavor packed brown sauce. Me and my husband dove into a glutinous sampling of four desserts. Each unique very tasty and delightfully presented. The champagne was incredible. The service, the best in the business.

This was our second time dining at Bas Rouge and it does not disappoint. We ordered from the date night menu and really had a wonderful meal. Three courses were just the right amount of food without feeling overstuffed. The wine was excellent as well. The restaurant was quiet so my husband and I could actually have a conversation and the service was impeccable while being warm and friendly. This was definitely a fine dining experience that was not through the roof expensive. Five stars in my book! We can't wait to come back.

The service and food were outstanding. The best on the East Coast. It is a jewel hiding in Easton, MD! I cannot believe how wonderful it was. I cannot express how much the Maitre d Alex Riffault was so great! He was excellent in his knowledge of the wines and paring with the food. I will definitely frequently this establishment many times this year!

Waitress forgot to bring wine list when I ask and forgot my coffee order with desert. Not sure why because dining room was only half full.
