   We had an amazing night! The staff were very friendly, the food was great. The selection of games was good, we had a private booth and the staff kept the food coming all night. The atmosphere was really cool, the place is very retro . The owner is a super nice guy too. Highly recommend!

   We had the Mario Kart booth which was a great room. Staff were amazing and my friends and I had a great time.

   When my group arrived the door had a sign saying the entire venue was booked by one group and when we went in they turned us away even though we had prepaid online. They were not helpful and also the money wasn’t transferred until a week later so we had to spend more money to go somewhere else to enjoy our night. They were disorganised and should have been able to see they had other people who had booked the same night. It shouldn’t have been an option for us to book that night if it was fully booked and if it was booked after we had they shouldn’t have been allowed to do it so last minute. It was unorganised and disappointing since we were so excited to enjoy one of the group members 18th birthdays while we were on holiday to melbourne

   Every time I've visited, my experiences have been disappointing. I sincerely advise against making any reservations and pre-paying. To quote management, "we leave it to staff discretion on the day." This policy of disregarding bookings leads to staff dealing with their managers' incompetence and lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

   A great spot that my friends and I visited while in Melbourne for a few days. We hired a room with plenty of space and N64s to play games on and also enjoyed the numerous arcade cabinets throughout the venue. Will certainly be back when we're back in the city!

   Was really excited to check this place out! We booked a table with a tab. We ordered nachos (one each), the machine which makes them broke down but none of the staff looked for us to tell us. We waited for over an hour then decided to go and ask about them, the staff were not apologetic and just offered for us to get a pizza. Neither one of us wanted a pizza or drinks so we asked if we could use the tab to get some tokens or a refund which wasn’t possible. The staff didn’t offer any sort of gesture for inconvenience. As gamers, the console game selection was quite boring. The vibe was okay, arcade games were fun (but expensive per play in comparison to other arcades). Great concept, I’d never return or recommend though. The staff are SO grumpy and do not make it an inviting place.
