                                                                                            The waitstaff were friendly and polite but they were seriously understaffed when we were there and it caused significant delays in being seated, getting water, placing our orders, and getting our drinks. We appreciated the way the two waitresses working attempted to handle the problems, but a manager should have stepped in to help. I have never been to a restaurant where everything was so clearly falling apart and a manager wasn’t at all the tables attempting to help the staff and the customers.

                                                                                            The most difficult time I have ever had getting them to find my reservation and I called days in advance plus I had a confirmation number but I got the run around for some time finally it was resolved some staff were rude not sure why discussing the dispute they had with another customer and making vulgar comments about them I understand being upset but not the place or time I couldn’t get her name she was wearing the black uniform with black short curly hair it definitely could have waited for a more private environment to vent and voice her opinion on the situation

                                                                                            Each time I dine here I come away more and more disappointed. I only had a quick sandwich. I ask to swap out the chips for fries, I got the most thinnest fries I have ever seen, which were basically thin strips of chips, I was charged an extra $9! On top of that the steak sandwich was extremely light on the steak and covered in that much horseradish I couldn’t eat it. I ate a 1/4 of the sandwich and a handful of the chips (which were supposed to be fries). Shockingly with just a glass of water as my drink the bill was over $36!
