                                                                                    Food was very good as always, I ordered the mussel pot which turned out to have 5-6 mussels that didn’t open and they immediately brought me another small dish with the added mussels. Pork chop was huge and delicious

                                                                                    The caviar deviled eggs were delicious, and I had the croissant blue crab eggs Benedict and a Bloody Mary. The Bloody Mary was fairly basic but good. The Benedict was good but it seemed to have missed something that I can’t put my finger on.

                                                                                    The table they set for us was in a poor location, so I moved to the bar. Service is quicker at the bar. Food is always stellar. The music adds to the experience of the Vegas lifestyle.

                                                                                    We sat at the bar. Toni and Jason were fantastic. Friendly and gave perfect service. We had the Steak frites and short rib. Both were fantastic.

The wine steward made a smart comment that they were professional; however never told us their signature dish took an hour to cook, while eating appetizers for an hour. Also had to ask if they offered dessert. Appeared to be about 3-4 waiters taking care of us, none introduced themselves with title and one was a trainee
