   We sat at the bar. Bartender was pleasant, knowledgeable, and creative. He seemed spread too thin to provide excellent service. Our food selections were good, but mostly not great. The Saginaki was burned, the spread was good, walnut fritters were tasty, and the pita/pie of the day (lemon chicken) was subpar. The desserts were very tasty. All in all a good meal, but not up to the standard we'd hoped for.

   Our dinners were excellent--uniquely prepared and delicious--but the vibe of the restaurant left a lot to be desired. It was a Saturday night, and the restaurant was quiet and low-key, which would have been fine if the restaurant attempted a more semi-elegant experience. Instead, the wine was served in clunky water glasses . . . , perhaps an attempt at a taverna experience, but to us it was a buzz kill.

   Most food dishes were excellent. Surprisingly the lamb was our least favorite.

    Love this place. The food is sooo good, the ambiance is great. The service deserves a special shout out - Boston isn’t known for its friendly service but this place makes it a priority to deliver a pleasant experience all around. Will be coming back!
