   Overall, the experience was pleasant, with a good atmosphere, although the music could be improved. However, the table service was terrible. Despite having a reservation for eight people, we always had to go to the bar to order drinks and ask for someone to attend to us at the table. The only time a staff member approached us was when it was time to pay the bill. The waiters showed no good attitude or customer service at all. Other than that, we liked the bar, especially the experience with the salsa classes.

   Amazing vibe, the atmosphere is so intense, different latin rhythms, salsa caleña, cubana, choke, merengue, reggaeton, bachata and so on

   Very loud place. Drinks are fairly good value. They don't have enough staff for a venue of that size. The floor was wet and my friend chipped her tooth on the stairs.

   Our service was horrifying. The food was okay, it was bar food but if you are going to offer a full menu then plan to serve people like you have a full menu We had a taco plank, all the condiments for the tacos came out in different bowls, our waitress offered us no way to serve them and no plates to eat them on. When I asked for plates she looked at us like we were idiots. After 15 min she finally brought plates but no spoons. Another 10 min wait for spoons - she brought us one There was a full bowl of sour cream but less than a quarter bowl of meat for 9 taco shells By the time we got to eat everything was cold Then we had to wait almost another 30 for a bill, they also charged us full price for our second drink even though we ordered it before happy hour was over. The fact that she expects gratuity on top of this service was not acceptable. The salsa bar had a great atmosphere - the dancing and music was entertaining and if I had been a different mood I would have loved to get out on the dance floor but the service and cold food left a horrible taste in my mouth - I will not recommend it or go back
