Bar Hugo is a vermouth and wine focused bar/restaurant situated in the heart of West End.

20 vermouths and 40 wines are on offer, along with a selection of low ABV cocktails and tapas style eats. We have both bar and table seating available in the restaurant as well as dry bar seating on the deck at the back of the venue if you're after a slightly more relaxed vibe.

Great little bar, worth a visit. Lovely sitting out on the deck. Food is lovely, staff friendly and it has a great vibe. We will be back.

Bar Hugo has completely converted by husband and I to vermouth. We weren’t sold on the idea when we arrived, but after taking the owners’ advice we ordered two, and now we’re sold! It was beautiful. We’re so glad we have Bar Hugo just up the road, as we plan to be regulars. We also ordered the dessert cheese, and I’ll order it every time we go from now on. The cheese was great, but we made it awesome was the pressed apple - I’ve never had anything like it - and the honey sauce. Delicious!
