The experience was exceptional. Abhishek, our server that evening, attentively managed everything, provided explanations, and guided us through the menu, suggesting items we might enjoy. His recommendations were outstanding. Regarding the food, the butter chicken was the best I have ever tasted in the GTA. It was not sweet, as many other butter chicken in the GTA are, but rather had the authentic flavour. We also tried the dal makhani, which was remarkable. I will certainly recommend it to my friends and plan to return. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Good food, but it is expensive for the quality and quantity both. Overpriced overhyped in general.

The winterlicious menu was delicious. The appetizers are the best thing on the menu! The creativity and the taste were outstanding. The organic Chicken was delicious. But the steak was sub par, chewy and not ideal.

We had an amazing time as a party of 6 for the winterlicious menu, with a few people for whom it was their first time eating at an Indian restaurant. Our server Sam was so friendly and gave great descriptions of the menu. She brought us surprise drinks after asking what flavours we liked, which were a hit. We were even more impressed to learn at the end that it was her first night serving at the restaurant! It was a beautiful evening, and food + presentation was lovely.

Winterlicious Bar Goa is in a beautiful heritage building. The restraunt is smaller than I thought it was going to be. It has two rooms, one is darker and a little smaller but really warm feeling. The second one is where the bar is and is brighter and bigger. They have a good selection of special cocktails including some that are not even on the menu. The food was very good. It was freshly made, hot(from the oven) and delicious. Dishes were a mix of authentic and fusion. They have yummy spicy dishes and milder yet delicious ones too. Service was very good and genuine. We will be going back! 😋

I was excited to go here as I heard it was a part of the Michelin Guide. However, to my surprise, I had a disappointing experience. The food had way too many liberties taken to force fusion on Indian food such that it barely felt like Indian. We ordered a couple of appetizers and at least to stay we couldn't finish them but I gave it a benefit of the doubt for my preferences. But then the main course which took a long time to come was quite average as well. The only saving grace was the dessert and for the money this meal cost me, it was not worth it. The ambience of the place was nice and I liked the decor of the place. Another annoying thing was not having an in-house washroom so you have to walk out of the restaurant and use the common one for the building out of which one was not working. The food is not something close to authentic Indian food for sure but if you never had actual Indian food then it might be worth a try.

We went for Winterlicious dinner and both my wife and I were pleased with our meals. The flavour and presentation was excellent. The only negative comment I have is the price of their alcohol. We found the prices excessive to the point that we chose to have only one drink each.
