bar ellis or BE as we like to call it, will be open for dinner, late night bites, drinks and live entertainment! We'll be featuring local musicians as well as comedy nights and all kinds of fun events on the weekends! Chef Bill Wampler will be creating a delicious menu with classic comfort food, offering options from appetizers and sandwiches to steaks and seafood! And of course, his delicious desserts! We'll have something for everyone, including a thoughtfully curated vegetarian and vegan menu along with signature cocktails and mocktails! bar ellis will be home to two bars, a rooftop patio, and an outdoor alley for seasonal seating! All within a cozy, two story, historic building on the square in downtown Noblesville!

    Located directly behind bar ellis is the Levison Parking Garage. It is free to park for up to 4 hours. Take the south alley out of the parking lot and just a few steps away, it will lead you directly into bar ellis! Street parking is also available throughout the downtown square as well as another parking garage on the opposite side of the square, at the Hamilton County Parking Garage.     Bar Ellis was awesome! The owners are wonderful, the food was delicious and the ambiance was fabulous. A great addition to the square. There, then Nesst & Syds is a fun night.

    Absolutely loved the food and drinks we had. Service was fast and we never ran out of water. Shocking to see how well things were going despite it being only their third night open. Highly recommend checking it out. We’ll definitely be back.

    Dinners will not be disappointed at downtown Noblesville’s latest restaurant. Upscale, but moderately priced, the menu offers lots to choose from. Drinks were excellent, and service was quick and friendly. Sisters, Chamron and Lisa know how to make diners welcome, and Chef Bill is a master!

    We enjoyed a lovely meal while enjoying the beautiful ambiance. Everything was exceptional from the wine list to the dessert! Delish!

    BE is a fantastic addition to downtown Noblesville. We were greeted warmly and shown right to our table. Our server, Seth, took great care of us. Drinks are yummy and the pork schnitzel is perfection. We’ll be back!

    I have been patiently waiting for this place to open specifically for their vegan options and did not disappoint! The breaded seitan tenderloin sandwich was awesome! I can't wait to try the other options. My whole family enjoyed it...including the kids and they are tough to please! They both commented on the fries being so good. I'm so excited to have a vegan friendly place in downtown Noblesville. They kept the historic feel with the ceiling and brick walls but jazzed it up with beautiful modern touches. Service was amazing especially for night 2 of their opening. Both owners (sisters) came to our table to chat. Highly recommend checking this place out! Will definitely return soon.

    The food was delicious! The service was outstanding and the atmosphere was great (and I didn't even make it upstairs). We had high expectations knowing who the chef and owners are (former 10 West) and they definitely lived up to them. We are pescatarian, so we came specifically for the vegan menu (which is so incredible to have even a small vegan menu in Hamilton Co). The breaded seitan tenderloin sandwich was amazing! The vegan chik'n Milanese was fantastic. The crunch salad with it's interesting lemon maple vinaigrette was delicious and the Crab Rangoon was to die for. Also, the Yes Chef cocktail was different and good and the Wedding Cake was a great way to top it all off. Nick was our waiter and he gave great service. The food came out quickly and was prepared as expected. No flaws on night one! Can't wait to get back!

    Opening night and we were excited to go but prepared for some misses. However, everything went perfectly! Food was wonderful, service was great, and we can’t wait to return!
