Bar Dolly, a new wine and cocktail destination from the Sesame Collective Restaurant Group, serves as a companion bar to next door sister southern Italian restaurant Dolly Olive. Bar Dolly offers an
extensive collection of Mediterranean wines, and regional dishes. The spritz menu includes Italian classics like Aperol spritzes and Bicicletas and the house Negroni is an instant classic, poured tableside. Bar Dolly shares a kitchen with Dolly Olive, which centers around Southern Mediterranean ingredients and flavors, with an emphasis on an in house bakery program, fresh made pastas and other dishes that are treated simply and presented elegantly. Chef Casey Brigan and Sesame Collective Culinary Director Natalie Gullish have developed a menu of featured Dolly Olive favorites, as well as a few more snack-forward options like salami and cheese boards.

We sat at the bar and were entertained by the lady behind the bar expertly concocting delicious drinks Our drinks were really good even the nonalcoholic one. The food was very tasty and quite creative. We had excellent service. It was not cheap but I would definitely go again

Bar Dolly is delightful. It is a small space but the staff and food were amazing. Because it is a small space our table was in a weird area right by the door, but it was uncomfortable. Best eggplant Parm, melts in your mouth.

Surprised by poor service on our third time visiting... it took 15-20 minutes to get in a drink order in and then had to asked two different servers for a second cocktail almost 45 minutes later. Never quite sure who our server was since we saw her so rarely. Kinda weird for "a bar". The food was good and the kitchen was timely but the bar left us "dry as dirt."

Our pasta was salty, watery and overall not worth the price we paid. The drinks were good but the food was mediocre at best.

We love Dolly Olive. Bar Dolly was not as endearing. We sat at the bar, and were served by four different servers. This made it difficult for the staff to provide the kind of dining experience that one would expect at a place like this. There was no sense that any one person was paying attention to the flow of our meal and making sure we had what we needed at any given time. This resulted in a number of mistakes on their part. We want to love this place, but we left pretty disappointed. I expect they’ll work the kinks out. Fingers crossed.

Great food and drinks. Friendly staff, but service was slow. It appears someone didn’t show up on time for their shift. Service improved once a 3rd person arrived. Otherwise, great experience and a short walk to Profidence Park.

THE COCKTAILS! My goodness - delicious and in chilled glasses *chef's kiss*. Food was really tasty and the olive oil cake was unreal.
