Bar Dolly, a new wine and cocktail destination from the Sesame Collective Restaurant Group, serves as a companion bar to next door sister southern Italian restaurant Dolly Olive. Bar Dolly offers an
extensive collection of Mediterranean wines, and regional dishes. The spritz menu includes Italian classics like Aperol spritzes and Bicicletas and the house Negroni is an instant classic, poured tableside. Bar Dolly shares a kitchen with Dolly Olive, which centers around Southern Mediterranean ingredients and flavors, with an emphasis on an in house bakery program, fresh made pastas and other dishes that are treated simply and presented elegantly. Chef Casey Brigan and Sesame Collective Culinary Director Natalie Gullish have developed a menu of featured Dolly Olive favorites, as well as a few more snack-forward options like salami and cheese boards.

    The olives and the focaccia were delicious. Overall, the mains were average with the meatballs being the standout. The the others had too much going on with thick sauces. Portions were small, but not miniscule. Dessert was outstanding. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was pleasant. The space was smallish, but the mix of bar, tables, railing and booths worked well. Overall a decent experience, but I wouldn't go back.

    The server payment process was not very aware. They brought the check and then the receipt to sign to the wrong person. Need continuity or just do it at the table.

    I really enjoyed my food and dining experience! I definitely recommend eating here, but not for a quiet night out. The space is much smaller than the main restaurant and thus became really loud when it became fully packed. The herb frites, fried chicken confit, and tiramisu were all delicious. I also ate a pasta dish with short rib meat , which was tasty, too. The food here is by far one of my favorites in a long time.

    This is my second time at bar Olive and I absolutely loved it. My husband and I went here for a date night and it was very special indeed.

    This was one of the finest meals we've had in a long time. We shared "family style" and everyone agreed that every dish was delicious and expertly prepared. But the eggplant parmesan was the top choice! They share a kitchen and menu with the (fancier) sister restaurant next door, so we'll try that next time.

    Beautiful space that was surprisingly easy to get into last minute on a Saturday evening. If you love Dolly Olive, but have trouble securing a reservation, go to Bar Dolly. Cocktails were excellent and, as expected, so was the food.

    Food was amazing, vibe was great, intimate, relaxing, not too noisy. Service was perfect, really attentive and friendly people and took care of everything we needed.
