   We had a wonderful meal! Every single bite was delicious and transformative. Manuel, our server, was very attentive and always brought our food and drink out quickly.

   Love the atmosphere! Food was great, our favs were pork ribs, crab Rangoon (which was like a giant mozzarella stick), and chicken boa bun. Drinks were fantastic

   This place is fantastic! From the service to the prices! Very affordable and extremely tasty! Will definitely be back! The bao buns are my favorite!

   I say this as a Southeast Asian American— I RARELY find Asian fusion spots that I enjoy, as they usually cater towards white Americans. Banyan hit the nail, and that’s what sets them apart. The food was delicious while paying homage to the cultures in both texture and taste. Every drink I tried I enjoyed (again— rare), and pairs well with many of the dishes. The dandan noodles aren’t spicy as I was hoping but still yummy. The larb cabbage wraps were super comforting to eat, and the salt pepper shrimp were surprisingly amazing (the best part was how sweet and tangy the paired sauce was). Great ambiance, cozy lighting and intentional vibes. New favorite spot, I will 100% be back here.

   Great Thai Fusion food and awesome drinks! Fun, energetic vibe with lots of music pumping so go early if you want something not too noisy.

   Unfortunately this was our second mediocre experience and meal at Banyan and our last ( we have been frequent customers )We love the ambiance there and it is a very pretty restaurant with a good vibe. We booked for our anniversary which we noted on the reservation. We requested to be seated in a certain part of the restaurant which is cozy and warm (the tables by the windows are very cold in the winter). While I know restaurants cannot always accommodate that we were taken to a table right on the kitchen and a high top. When I asked if there was another table we were begrudgingly shown another table which was better, albeit on the window and with a draft coming through. The food which used to be subtle with lots of interesting flavors, was over salted and over sauced. We ordered snacks, starters and mains and all were mediocre at best. Overall a very disappointing experience with no celebratory acknowledgement, which while not expected , is usually customary at restaurants of the supposed calibre of Banyan!

    Went for drinks and apps with friends. We sat at the bar and it was the perfect spot! Tuna crispy rice was phenomenal!
