Balancing Heart provides a truly indulgent taste experience that’s best enjoyed in the company of great friends and family. Come and taste our unique range, including Campfire Red, The Rock Shiraz, Reserve Sagrantino, Campfire White, Verdelho, Viognier. Balancing Heart’s cellar door is nestled between the vines in the heart of Queensland’s Granite Belt region. It provides the perfect setting to taste our delicious range of red and white wines, including the 2017 Campfire Red, 2017 Rock Shiraz, 2017 Sagrantino, 2018 Campfire White, 2019 Verdelho as well as our 2017 Sparkling. The cellar door is also the starting point for a stroll through the vineyard, taking in breathtaking views of the local area and, of course, the famous rock that gave our winery its name.

Balancing heart winery was the perfect place for a relaxing Sunday lunch of wine and pizza. Great service, delicious pizza and wine and beautiful location. Will definitely be back.

Delicious pizza and wines, all set on the most stunning setting. Super dog friendly also and service was amazing. Definitely the favourite winery we visited on our day in the region.

Booked for dinner Christmas Eve. Drove 30 mins but when we arrive were told they were shut for a week. I explained we had a booking via open table, and even received a reminder for booking. They responded “oh yeah, we’re having trouble with that…” they also show as open on multiple internet platforms including google. They should work out a way to manage their online advertising to ensure multiple customers do not have the same experience - Ie. they admitted they knew about booking but did nothing to fix

What a lovely setting! We really enjoyed our visit, only wished the live music wasn't so deafening and the staff at the bar were a bit more friendly/helpful. The gentleman providing the wine tasting was fantastic though, very enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and the wines were lovely (though expensive compared to a southern states vineyard visit). We had a wine tasting at our outside table while we ate pizza, it was really perfect. Pizzas were ok - crusts were great but the toppings a bit uninteresting. Overall good value and a great afternoon in the sun in a lovely atmosphere.

Balancing Heart never disappoints (except when they run out of some of our favourite wines!!) The pizza is exceptional! The owner, Greg, was very friendly and the service was great.

The staff were very accommodating considering they actually didn’t have our reservation because of a technical issue. They found us a table and we enjoyed a great wine tasting and yummy platter. Some nice wines and lovely country atmosphere!

We absolutely loved this restaurant. We did the wine tasting and had pizzas and charcuterie and cheese board. Stunning location, friendly staff in particular the lovely warm welcome by Shirley. A morning walk in Birraween national park before was lovely. Two beautiful friendly alsatians added to the enjoyment at Balancing Heart.
