The Bait Restaurant chefs team brings the best in Mediterranean and Seafood culinary skills to Brighton-le-Sands. Lebanese cuisine, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences combine to create a fusion of styles and tastes.

You can delight in the cuisine in our beautiful restaurant, designed by Mia Derbas at Uma Interiors, or enjoy a completely separate menu to take home. Book a table online or order your take away for collection at the time you chose.

We hope you enjoy Bait enough to become a frequent visitor. Tell us what your family favourite dishes are and as we evolve and adjust our menu we can hopefully include them. We would be honoured to become your friends or family restaurant of choice.

Let's start with saying that the food was delicious! We couldn't find it directly. Although every way of communication says Bait, the signing of the restaurant says Yasmin. When we asked if we were at the right place, it had to be checked by someone else. The stuff didn't looked very happy. The one who served us at first tried to help us to ask if we could still order a platter. Because it wasn't possible (which makes totally sense because the menu said it was for four), we ordered several dishes. Everything came at the same time and the table was very full. There was nothing to drink (tea or coffee) afterward, so we left in an hour.

Bait was absolutely wonderful! My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time. The restaurant is beautiful, food delicious and staff very professional and attentive. We will definitely be back! My favourite dish was the creamy crab arancini which was absolutely delicious and the bread pudding was heavenly!

The restaurant has such a beautiful ambience. Service was excellent. Dishes were delicious and delicate not overpowering, decent size and value for money. Definitely I coming back to try other dishes on the menu. Fully recommended

Beautiful styling in this restaurant, great Mediterranean menu, lovely service, maybe a couple of the dishes a little prices for a suburban restaurant but worth a visit.
