We were excited to dine at this restaurant, as it came highly recommended and is considered one of the best in Mexico City. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected due to disappointing service. From the moment we arrived for our 8:30 PM reservation, there were signs that customer service was not a priority. We waited 15 minutes to be seated, only to see a larger party with a 9:00 PM reservation given a table before us. When we were finally seated, it was at the least desirable table in the restaurant—right next to the kitchen. Throughout the evening, the service felt indifferent at best. Our server barely acknowledged us, took our order without a smile, and seemed visibly displeased when we placed a modest order, making us feel unwelcome. When we finished our first round of drinks, our empty glasses were ignored, despite multiple staff members—including the manager, Eduardo—passing by without checking in. What made the experience particularly disappointing was the lack of attention to basic hospitality. No one followed up after our food arrived, and repeated requests to have our table cleared were ignored—even by a floor supervisor. When I finally spoke with the manager, Eduardo, I expressed my concerns, only to be met with indifference. Rather than addressing the issue, he simply handed us the bill. A second manager eventually approached us and asked if there was anything they could do, but by that point, the experience had already left a lasting impression. Great food and ambiance mean little without attentive and welcoming service. I sincerely hope the management takes these concerns to heart and works to ensure that future guests receive the level of hospitality one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber.

Todo muy rico hasta que cuando pedimos la cuenta y la pagamos ya nos íbamos y nos dijo que se había equivocado y la que pagamos no era nuestra cuenta y nos trajo otra de mil pesos más.

Un lugar fantástico en todos los aspectos. Un ambiente espectacular, una comida exquisita con una amplia variedad de platillos, un servicio excepcional de todo el personal empezando por su gerente, Edoardo que está atento a todos los detalles. Desde el ingreso al lugar una serie de detalles que recomiendo conozcan porque superará con creces los comentarios que podemos hacer los comensales y asistentes al lugar. Solo estuvimos 12 horas en el lugar. Fantástico, muchas felicidades por la experiencia. Muy recomendable
