   Slooooooooooow. Service was way too slow. We were there for 2-1/2 hours and could only order 2 drinks because it took so long to get the drinks. And the foodservice a little better but then it took forever to get the check and I asked repeatedly to get it asap so we could leave. Too many better options to invest unnecessary time.

   Signed up for special Christmas Day pre-fix meal ($95per person). Showed up for my reservation at 12:30 and they said “Oh, that’s only this evening.” Website never said that so we left without eating. Another diner right next to us did too because they felt tricked. Always wanted to try the Hotel Vin, and now I have!

   Food was phenomenal! We had the Huevos Rancheros and Salmon Omelet and they were both outstanding. The service on the other hand was dismal. After waiting 15 minutes I had to go to the hostess stand to ask if we were ever going to get waited on. Once he finally showed up waiter didn’t introduce himself and seemed annoyed that he had to take care of our table. Thankfully the food made up for it.

   Absolutely a fantastic evening! Our server Baris was amazing! He took extra care of my elderly parents, paying attention to detail, and ensuring they enjoyed their dinner and experience. Overall amazing service with fantastic food and wine!

   Bacchus had a wonderful ambience for the holidays! We enjoyed our meal and the service was wonderful. Our only challenge was the $13 bread appetizer. It came in a piping hot cast iron dish, but the bread was ice cold. When we questioned it, someone bought us out some toast points that had been put on a grill; odd and again not hot. The final attempt at replacement did produce some warmish bread, but for $13 dollars and labeled an appetizer, the expectation was definitely not met. Overall, a lovely experience, but pass on the bread.

   Excellent choice for early Xmas brunch with everyone! The only thing the music was a bit loud but we asked to move and they were very accommodating ! Thank you !

   Food was amazing, bread being $13 for a small loaf is a bit much I think but it was still delicious. We were seated on time but were informed at arrival that it could be 20 minutes past our 8:15pm reservation which was disappointing to hear being so late. They close at 10 so would have made for a rushed meal. They blamed crowded parking for reservations running late but we were not informed before arrival. Overall a good experience but we were lucky, other people had a much longer wait.

   We were here for a Christmas lunch . Our service was slow. Food was blah. I ordered a Cobb Salad. It came with no dressing. Ii had to catch the waiter’s attention to ask for some. He had never returned to see if everything was ok. t was mostly lettuce. No bread with the salad. The hotel and restaurant were nicely decorated for the Holidays. I would not return to Bacchus!

    I was so disappointed! There was only us and one other table. The service was so slow, and then our food came out cold. Drinks were overpriced and not even filled up all the way. But It does look beautiful in there.
