Table reservations are only accepted for the restaurant, not the rooftop. A set menu applies to groups of 8 or more. If you have a party of 8+, please make an enquiry at bookings@babylonrooftop.com.au. A customary 10% gratuity fee for groups of 8+ applies in the restaurant.

The Rooftop is our bar area and is available on a walk-in basis for groups of 1 – 14. We do not accept online bookings for this area. A full a la carte bar menu is available to order all day. Groups of 15+ must enquire at bookings@babylonrooftop.com.au. Minimum spends apply.
Please note, if you book the restaurant, and on arrival decide to move to the rooftop, a cancellation fee of $50pp will apply.

Terrible experience. By far the worst dining experience. Extremely rude staff. No one to greet and seat guests. The chef had to help direct me. Unfortunately directed me the wrong way but appreciated he tried. Didn’t put orders through that were placed. Didn’t let us order set menus. Food took over 30min to come out Tables arrived after us, seated and received FULL meal before our food came out. Never offered water, when we did was 1 cup at a time, each person had to ask for water. Drink orders sat on the bar for 20mins and not brought the over. The place wasn’t even 10% full and completely hopeless. I spoke to friends who work in the same building said they also won’t go back because the service is so terrible and the staff are rude. The staff didn’t apologise once. Took zero accountability, couldn’t even say sorry. Place was covered in cockroaches on the booths and seats. Was disgusting. Overpriced for appalling service. Mind blown at the lack is customer service skills across ALL of the staff. Not one staff member could do their job properly or even be accommodating. There’s a reason this place was dead on a Friday night. Train your staff, clean your venue, get pest control. Horrendous experience. Clearly got no idea what hospitality is. Believe the bad reviews of this place. They ain’t lying. There’s so many wonderful restaurants in Sydney, this isn’t one of them.

Second visit. First time we tried the tasting menu. This time chose our own. So much yummy food. Halloumi , broccoli, and salad all great. Loved cauliflower and the antic beef was perfect

They need to put on more staff. It is meant to be a restaurant but you have to order through and app. Service people looked way too stretched. Put on enough staff! Food was fine, wasn’t incredible.

This restaurant is amazing. The space is beautiful and the rooftop great for families and overseas guests. I have dined here many times and I am never disappointed. Do not miss the cabbage or the fattoush salad and the shish Tawook. Run to this one! Don’t dawdle! Can’t wait to dine there again.
