   We have been going to Aztec Mexican Coolangatta for many years and always enjoy our food there, the service is always great with plenty staff who are friendly fast and efficient. We have never waited long for our food even when it is busy.

   Had a beef carne burrito. The burrito was supposed to contain a jalapeño sauce but had no kick to it whatsoever. The rice was burnt in patches and very hard, I did not eat it. There was a mouse popping out from under a socket in the wall trying to make a dash for it.

   We are repeat customers at Aztec. Meals are delivered quickly, always fresh and great value.

   Poor service, our pre booked table for 6.30 was still being used and had people eating at it. We were told to wait and it’ll be ready shortly 6.40 came and they had to move us to a different table as the one we had booked was still not ready. We then sat and waiting another 20 minutes before anyone came and took our order and as we were ordering found out they didn’t have the ingredients to be able to cater to one of our family members dietary needs. We did not eat here and won’t be ever booking a table here again. Montezumas Is the far better choice for Mexican in Coolangatta and caters for everyone.

   The food was great however if you want the truth, we had to ask for drinks, my daughters order was incorrect and we ate and left and not once were we asked if we wanted another drink or dessert nor was our glasses cleared. Staff were not in uniform and overall seemed inexperienced when it came to service. My family and I have been dining here for years and just the last couple of dining experiences the service has been ordinary. We still love coming 🥰

   Poor food quality. It’s like everything is placed under a grill and over cooked. Rice so hard you could not eat it.

    Excellent! The seats in the booths are not comfortable to sit on and it's very bright, could be more ambient. The food is excellent and great value and customer service great!
