Avenue is located over two floors in the heart of Maynooth. Opened in December 2007 by Robert & Bronagh Kennedy, Avenue now boasts a band of loyal customers, gaining a reputation for excellence and winning countless awards. Avenue has long been recognized for quality, consistency and value, along with the buzz of a busy restaurant and the warmth of our friendly staff… with a “Céad míle fáilte” that comes from the heart. Our customers continue to enjoy our great Irish food and that’s because we have a local, natural and honest approach with an easy-going warm style that is both rooted in tradition and yet still modern. Whether it’s our famous chicken wings, chowder, burgers or our renowned Steaks and fish, Avenue always delivers.

We offer the complete dining experience and now serve brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am. Avenue combines luxury, privacy & comfort. With our inspired chefs & our warm & welcoming staff we will turn your day or night into one you will always remember

    Had deep fried brie to start and then could only manage to eat one of two pieces of fish from the battered fish and chips main so the portion sizes may be a little over generous! A good complaint I know. Staff were lovely, place was full, lots of twinkly Xmas lights and garlands with old timey (Dean martin etc) Xmas songs played low

    Unfortunately our table was right next to a company christmas party - which was very loud and we really couldn't have a conversation at our table. That was a bit unfortune other than taht everything was perfect.

    Food was amazing and staff were so helpful. Gave 4 stars as we were offered some adaptions of the menu but twice they weren’t provided. Other than that, Avenue is one of my favourite places in Maynooth.
