   The service here was absolutely wonderful! Chloe was kind and very welcoming. The salad bar was really good, and I loved the beans. We felt the meats were OK, but they all lacked flavor (chicken, steak, scallops, and pichana). The lamb was cooked perfectly, but it also did not have a lot of flavor. My husband loved the sausage, and I loved the beans and grilled pineapples. The bananas and bread were very good, but the cheese potatoes were awful. I think they are a little pricey considering the quality of the food, but it was worth a try. We'll stick to some of the other steakhouses who have great quality food for the same price.

   This was our first visit to this restaurant. Our go-to Brazilian steakhouse is Chama Gaucha, and we’ve been wanting to try Avenida to see how it measures up. Chama Gaucha is a high bar. We love that place so much that we had our wedding reception there. Enough about Chama since this is a review about Avenida. At Avenida, we had a lovely waitress, Chloe G., who was very friendly and helpful. Their salad bar was good with many options. The one thing that kind of bothered me was that one of the gauchos came to our table when we were eating our salads even though all 3 of us had our cards red side up. I took Chloe’s suggestion and ordered the Tropical Caipirinha, which was much too sweet for my liking. I did order a second cocktail and kept it real with the traditional caipirinha, which was very good. I like that they serve seafood. I sampled the shrimp and salmon, and both were good. All the meats were tasty and served politely by the gauchos. All in all, I give Avenida 3-1/2 stars. It’s hard to measure up to Chama, which is the yardstick I used for comparison.

   Food was ok, took a while for food to come around table. Even though it wasn’t too packed, service was horrible. At first service was amazing, but just upon arriving. After no one would come to refill or get you a new plate.

   I went with my friends to celebrate our Valentine, and it was the best experience ever. The manager was very friendly, he make sure that we had everything, the servers They were a love, so sweets , we love the whole experience. The food was delicious, the drinks!! We love the lemonade. We are 100% going back soon!

   Inconsistent experience—limited salad bar, slow meat service, small portions, some cold. Self-serve sides. Forced 18% tip, poor service. Breads were not kept in a warm basket.

   Made this reservation two weeks in advance and when we got there (12 min earlier) we got sat at the entrance where it was very chilly every time they opened the door and the foot traffic of people coming In and out was very distracting. Food was great, no complain there, just the seating was disappointing. I did mention it to the person who attended us that it was extremely cold but was just responded with a smile.

   A little on the expensive side.If you ask me not worth the food.But the experience was unbelievable.Took my girlfriend here for valentine s day had a great time.Service was amazing.We definitely come back for special occasions.Between me and my girlfriend and a slice of the New York cheesecake it was 189 not including tip.Great place,we had a great time!

   First time to this restaurant but not first time for Brazilian Steakhouse concept. Service was very attentive and efficient. Salad bar with plenty of options and sides were excellent and complimented meat service well. Proteins were excellent and plentiful with many options. Inclusion of seafood was much appreciated!
