At 24 feet above sea level, Ave overlooks Seven Mile Beach, with seating indoors and on the outdoor terrace. We enjoyed our anniversary dinner at Ave - the very best part was the impeccable service. This is clearly the culture at Kimpton and Ave was no exception. A delight!

Food was excellent and cooked not too hard and was just right for the palate. The service was over the moon and the staff were very friendly and polite. It was so amazing I would recommend going for a romantic getaway with that love one or if you need to finalize a meeting deal. The ambience was everything so peaceful and calm I got lost in the love of my life eyes.

The service was good but long time between finishing dinner and receiving our check. The food was not ss good as expected-saganaki was way below exceptions and the presentation was poor . Lobster risotto was generous with lobster but the risotto was not very good. My mussels were good but very small in comparison to Prince Island. My side l dish of risotto was not edible. The service was good but way too far in promoting Kimpton. I felt like i was at any minute going to be offered a timeshare. Too many other excellent choice to try this again. Resort is very tastefully decorated and everyone was nice
