The owners of Aunt Butchie’s of Brooklyn, Italian Kitchen & Legendary Desserts decided to bring their concept to a new location in Marlboro, New Jersey located at 430 Route 9 North. The concept for this restaurant is to create the same family-oriented atmosphere as is offered in the Staten Island location. The vision for this location is based solely on renovating an existing space into something new and fresh. This restaurant is designed with love while incorporating rich, rustic materials balanced with sleek, clean, contemporary elements.
Aunt Butchie’s looks forward to establishing new relationships in this location and enticing consumers to enjoy this “Home Away From Home” concept. This old world with a twist of contemporary concept channels through every aspect of the restaurant, from the decor to the recipes.

It was freezing cold where we were sitting near a door leading to the outside, which made it uncomfortable. We noticed people at tables around us with their coats on too. Food was really good.

The food was great. My only complaint is that it does not serve liquor. I have only been to the Staten Island location and they had the best drinks ever. I was thinking it would be the same when I went here and found out it was BYOB when we got to the restaurant.

Wonderful!! Food is always amazing! Service also great! For authentic Italian make sure you visit! Tuesday specials are amazing Pre fixe too!

What an excellent first time dining experience at Aunt Butchies. Staff were welcoming and on top of giving us the best experience. Food was delicious. Sauce reminded me of my family homemade sauce. It was a nice relaxing dinner where we were given our time to eat. Would highly recommend and I plan on going back myself.

Best spedini Bianca I ever had!! Love the fried zucchini as well. So make great options at this place. Cheesecake cones are delicious. If you can't eat there definitely get some to go from the bakery!!

A great place to enjoy an Italian meal for reasonable price without sitting in a Pizza store. Very clean and service is done right. Went for lunch, my 2 friends who had never tried the place were very impressed with food and the restaurant itself.

All the staff treated our party as if we were a bother, annoyed the we arrived with children. I totally regret our visit to this restaurant. Supposed to be a fun night out with friends and our families and turned into an uncomfortable atmosphere due to staff. Food was fine but not worth it.

The chicken cutlet was very tough and hard to cut even with the serrated knife. The portion of pasta was small and I found the pasta to be undercooked. The appetizer of fried zucchini was not fried enough. There are no refills for the soda and the jar that they put it in is very small . The only thing that was decent was the dessert which was the tartufo. It was presented very nicely on a plate with the whip cream. Waitress was very nice

Pasta Tuesday is my favorite. Rigatoni with eggplant is my dish! My husband loves the winter special which gives you an antipasto and a meal for 29.99. The service is impeccable as well!
