Made a reservation for 2 at 8:00 pm. Got there at 8 pm had to wait 30 minutes to be seated for a RESERVATION. Once seated, we didn’t receive service for another 15 minutes. Didn’t get our drinks until 9:15. The food was terrible which was surprising considering it was a fixed 3 course menu. And way too over priced. My fiance and I stayed just because we were laughing about how bad everything was and watching everyone else in the restaurant have the exact same experience. This place is a scam, don’t go here.

made a reservation at 8 pm on Valentine’s day. We had to wait quite a bit before we got sat down, about 8:45ish. Then we waited an extra 45 minutes to eat. Once our food arrived, my date’s filet mignon was charred. not a completely horrible experience, but it could have been avoided.

Our reservation was at 8.. we didn’t get seated until 9. We got our drinks around 9:30, appetizers not till 10:30 and food till 11:15. That we ordered right when we sat down. 0/10 recommendation. Our server was apologetic but we were hoping for a nice dinner and food was cold, and it took way too long.

Great dining experience, service was slower than expected but with it being Valentine’s Day and all booked up they made it apparent up front and did the best they could.

It took over 3 hrs to get to our table and finish our prepaid 3 course meal. We ended up getting our dessert to go bc it was 1030 and didn’t want to be there any longer. Our reservation was for 730. 0/10 don’t recommend and we will not be back.

Waitress was super friendly and working very hard. Poor planning for taking VD reservations! Wait was over half hour. When we sat down it wasn’t waitress fault but everything took forever to come. The food was not good. Some hard black carrots with zero flavor, mashed potatoes tasted weird. Shrimp batons, oil on shrimp tasted bad. Was disappointing. Desert was good.

They didn’t hold my reservation, the table were too small, to expensive for such a poor presentation, and the food was undercooked and not what was stated on the menu.

My girlfriend and I went for the prepaid Valentine’s Day special. It was a prepaid event that did not offer refunds. We had a reservation at 7 pm. However, when we got there, they didn’t uphold the reservation. We and other people were told that we had to wait until tables became available. Wasn’t a huge deal until they started to blame the open table app for over booking. Instead of taking responsibility, they passed it on. The staff was great and the food was good. The manager had no accountability. I believe they used Valentine’s Day as a money grab to get as many people there as possible and create long wait times because it was already prepaid and they wouldn’t give back a refund for having to wait. Valentine’s Day is going to be busy anywhere and that’s okay, but they knew exactly how many people would be there because they all had to have reservations to get in. They knew what they were doing. I knew what they were doing. It didn’t sit well with me for spending $200 with long wait times for a table, the food, and getting the check. I wouldn’t go back there due to that reason but the food was good and it was overpriced but it was still good. The waitress was nice and she had a lot going on so I don’t believe the experience had much to do with her. The manager actually came around table to table and asked each party what they could improve, however, when explaining the situation she was unable to take responsibility and stated that the open table app is why they are overbooked and understaffed. She didn’t offer to make it right. For the money you’re going to spend there, you might as well choose somewhere not inside of Hilton garden inn.

We made a reservation through OpenTable and paid for the Valentine's Day experience ahead of time. We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation time. We ordered the starter and entree at the same time and over an hour later had not received either option. We were informed that the kitchen was behind schedule, so we ordered bread to hold us over. The bread had still not arrived after 20 minutes. The waiter brought us cheese and crackers because he felt bad. When our meal arrived, the starter and main course arrived together. The filet and mashed potatoes were legitimately inedible. Overall this may have been the worst meal for the price paid I have ever experienced. Neither the waitstaff or manager offered a discount for any of the items. I will never return to this establishment.

I booked the Valentine’s Day experience for my wife and I, and from the beginning it was very disappointing. First once we were sat it took forever to get our drink order, and once we finally placed our drink order we waited 20 min for our drinks. My old fashioned sat on the bar for about 15 min as our waiter passed by our table numerous times without even stopping to check on us or give us an update, the bartender actually ended up telling him that it had been sitting too long and he needed to take it to us. After that he did take our order and the wait began again, it wasn’t only our table either there were several other couples visibly upset with the service. We waited for our appetizer for about 40 min (which wasn’t served with the chimichurri sauce that was listed on the menu). Obviously by this time our drinks had been empty for about 20 min and he never checked up on us until bringing the app out. When they brought our food we had already been sitting in the restaurant for almost 2 hours…. I ordered the filet, my wife ordered the Chilean sea bass, and WOW what a disappointment they both were. I ordered my filet medium rare and it came well done…. Normally a filet is a nice thick cut, this filet was no more than a 1/2” thick, I’m pretty sure they were cutting their filets in half thickness and serving them. After this we spoke to a manager, told him to not even bring us our dessert and that we were going to just leave. He asked us to please stay for the dessert but I told him we were not waiting any longer and we left . 1/10 do not come here for any type of special event.
