   Great food, great service, but a little noisy as evening went on. If you prefer it quieter I suggest maybe 5/6pm booking

   Really nice place to eat. We went on a Sunday and they serve the most gorgeous Yorkshire wraps with choices of fillings and also do an offer on 4 wraps and a side (excluding the fries) for £60. They are very filling! My daughter had the cauliflower cheese side and she said it was lovely and had plenty of cheese in it. The tacos and Louisiana Burger was also chosen within my party and all said how impressed they were with the food. They do a children's menu which is around £6. They have a good selection of drinks and the bar seems well stocked. The staff were lovely and friendly and it was not too busy early afternoon. We will definitely be returning.

   We've been to Ascots several times, always been excellent. Today had a table booked at 1745, didn't get seated until 1815hrs. Ordered food, mains did not arrive until around 1930. Food was excellent, service and speed were very slow tonight, almost 2 hours from arriving.

   Another great night at Ascotts. Ben and his team are always keen to please and up for a bit of banter. Food is always spot on and a good atmosphere for a casual, fun night out.

   Food was lovely but was surprised at how loud and rowdy it was in the restaurant, This would make me not return, was hard to hold a conversation

It was certainly quite lively that day, and while we do sometimes have busier periods, that afternoon/ evening was extremely busy partly due to a party at the bar.     Great meal at Ascotts - fantastic food and drink and brilliant service - special thanks to our waitress who came after us when we left because I’d left my jacket on the back of my chair !!
