   We had a great time at Artisans as always. Service is attentive, food is impeccable, and ambiance is relaxed and upscale. This is not an inexpensive dining experience, but it certainly is enjoyable.

   Things started out nice, the restaurant was very slow which was surprising. There were 4 tables occupied in addition to ours and loads of waitstaff and managers. Our server was very sweet and attentive in the beginning, but the most random thing was when we were presented with the dessert menu, we just didn't see her again for a while. Not sure what was going on, but by the time we were visited again, we had lost interest in dessert and staying. My rule of thumb at a restaurant of this caliber is 5 minutes at most once we're served any kind of menu for a re-visit to see if we have questions etc. It was closer to 15 minutes. Overall, it was a good/decent experience. I think the pricing is reasonable and very fair. I would suggest that each of the servers go for a dining experience at Le Jardinier at MFAH. I had gone there the day before and they've got it down. No doubt my experience at Le Jardinier caused for comparison at Artisans. Thank you

   Delicious meal! A festival of flavors!!! The chef has thought about every single detail, from the ample variety of ingredients per plate, to their size and presentation. Very nice atmosphere, actually multiple (bar, dinning room, kitchen bar). Will keep going for sure!

   Excellent service. The food was cooked perfectly however the flavor of the pistachio crusted sea bass wasn’t to my taste, but was just my personal preference. The lobster bisque was amazing. The sommelier was engaging and entertaining and was completely knowledgeable of everything, food and wine.

   Great food, ambience, and the restaurant is very nicely decorated. Service sometimes took a bit longer than expected but overall was excellent.

   I really like the owner/chef. The food is excellent French with a bit of imagination. The wine list needs more mid-range options, say $100-$300. The first two we ordered in that range were sold out as well.

   Management stressed and arguing w staff Old location better Sommelier dumped water on our food Staff seemed drunk At end of night half empty Lacked vibe Caesar salad was peculiar. Deliberately weird on purpose. Green beans were overcooked.

    A nice restaurant with good food. The food was well-presented and served. Did not find anything exception as was expecting with the whole Artisan theme. The dessert was amazing and that part did feel Artisan in terms of delivery and overall experience of being served dessert!
