Weird menu, very limited and missing some major dishes. Didn’t know their own beers.

Cole, as was explained to you the beer you claim we "don't know" is Eagle River Brewing Free Stone. Eagle River brewing is a newer local brewer.

We loved the experience of seeing and hearing traditional Flamenco music and dance. It is a warm, cozy place with wonderful staff who do everything to make your dinner experience great! They are the BEST! We loved our paella dinner, and we had lovely tapas to share. We chose the Shrimp with shishito peppers ( delicious) and ceviche. We also had the bread with spicy butter, and wonderful tasty olives. All our choices were great! The only thing I would say to add is a mix and match of less expensive tapas items like manchengo cheese with honey, or a plate of just shishito peppers. Thank you!

We had a very nice dinner and had a nice surprise with the live flamenco music on Friday night. Though not very busy when we came in service was a bit underwhelming. Our server was attentive but food not brought out together even though we were told that the paella would take a longer time to prepare. Not a huge issue to get food not all timed together in a tapas restaurant. He spilled our wine at the table, again not a huge issue, but painful in the moment. The food was good but not spectacular as the prices would have you expect. The paella was a bit too watery/brothy and no one flavor stood out. The kids ordered grilled cheese sliders but enjoyed the potatas bavas way more. The sangria and Spanish bread were exceptional, as was the entertainment. The restaurant got a bit busier but the time we were leaving and the service declined with us waiting for the check for a longer time than we hoped. And then we had to go find the waiter in order to have a copy that we could actually sign and tip him from. Overall, good experience, just not impeccable as we had hoped from a $300 dinner.

Lovely space, friendly service. It was a very quiet night when we dined. The chicken skewers and potato/ tomato dishes were very good. The mussels and chorizo tapas just didn’t work. Prices were high for some dishes. I hope they make they really tried to make it a nice experience.
