   Atmosphere was cozy. Food was excellent. Service was bad. Took forever to even be acknowledged at our table. Waitress seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Never once checked on us during our meal. Would come back but I’d have to make sure not to have the same waitress. Hopefully other customers received better service from their wait staff.

   I was seated promptly and greeted by my server right away. Coffee is delicious. Crab Benedict featured two nice-sized crab cakes atop really quality English muffins(made in-house?). Eggs poached perfectly medium, and Hollandaise is fresh with just the right amount of lemon. Tricolor potatoes very good. Fruit bowl contained a good variety of melons and berries, all perfectly fresh. My server was attentive without hovering. Very efficient!

   It was an amazing experience. My second time to experience Aria and serviced by Mya. She was an amazing and patient. Great Galentine!

   We arrived 10 minutes early and were told Aria would not open for 10minutes. The desk staff was not as welcoming as previous visits. We asked if we could go to the bar and were told yes. I asked for bourbon on the rocks. The drink was $24 for a shot or 2. Really pricey. Our server Isaiah was very welcoming. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip that we had in January. This time it wasn’t very good. Just taco chips and a cup of dip. A month ago it was homemade delicious chips and an oven baked dish of tasty dip. We felt rushed this time. We ordered the beet salads and they were delicious but our entrees were delivered before we finished. The tables are small so I held my salad till finished. The short rib mashed potato entree was very nice as was the chicken dinner. It was better a month ago.

   Our server was very attentive but not intrusive - which I appreciated. Our cocktail was excellent. The atmosphere comfortable and refined. We weren’t expecting sushi but it was the special of the evening so we tried it. We are not connoisseurs but our choices were tasty. I expected some greens with the beet salad and perhaps a little more dressing. Otherwise we had a very pleasant dinner.

   Both Bubbles Brunch omelettes (Denver and Egg White Spinach/Shroom) were perfectly done & plenty filling. The tri-mix breakfast potatoes were fresh and delicious. And thank you to the server who recommended the Mimosa Flight with a choice of three champagne juices out of six choices. All staff members from start to finish were incredibly friendly. It's usually tough getting in for brunch on weekends downtown, so we appreciated the ability to reserve a time on Open Table. Very convenient underground parking & indoor access both to Saint Kate's and The Rep Theater...Perfect for dinner/drinks and a show. Highly recommend!
