   Went here for Valentine’s Day. A bit disappointed that the food wasn’t tastier for this type of hotel as well as the prices. Branzino was dry with a Light flavor. Side of Mac & cheese was totally flavorless. Salmon was just ok. This is not the standard for Ritz Carlton restaurants. I would return only for drinks and light bites. The atmosphere and Ambience are beautiful. Service was very good.

   Get the Branzino, you won't regret it. Amazing! Service is great as well.

   The prix fixe brunch is fun! Unlimited sparkling wine beverages and a fine selection of apps, mains, and extras along the way. Drinks were slow to come, but arrived over time. Food delivery was fast (first deconstructed yogurt parfait and pasties) then paced slow after that - just right for afternoon brunch! Two small complaints but nothing huge- the server missed a few small items (we should have been given spoons in my opinion to eat the parfait. Had to ask after eating it with our forks. And I’m certain the sparkling wine contained sulfites - I don’t react to Prosecco but definitely got flushed due to the sulfites in this wine. Overall I’ll definitely do it again for a special occasion. We were both “stuffed” and still had food to go home. Like any red-blooded American I embrace more is better. Ha!

   When the food arrived, it was cold. We told the manager that the food arrived cold and her response was lackluster and slightly apologetic. The food was taken back to the kitchen to be reheated and returned cold, as it was originally. The food was subpar and the whole dining experience was not what we expected, given the restaurants reputation. We will not be dining at Aqimero again.

    Had a good time at Aquimero. I’ve been a few times but this was my first time getting a table, I usually sit at the bar. Ambiance is always great, I had the charred Branzino which was really good. I also had 2 of their cocktails called almost healthy, that was really refreshing. I love to see mocktails on menus, there’s more drink options the better! Overall, dinner was great and I’ll be back to try more options.
