The social media platform (Tik Tok) advertisement was very engaging and that is why we went to the Raleigh location. The steak did NOT look like what was on Tik Tok missing the butter) and was dry, the waiter knew it was missing after our meal. The waiter was not personable with engaging us as guest, did not refill our teas, and ensured he brought us the bill without asking do we want dessert. I will strongly encourage to please live up to the hype that you are promoting on Tik Tok and work with your staff as far as training in customer service.

Nothing special, really. Long wait for food(45 minutes for appetizers), never received the repeatedly promised bread, entrees just ok. Just FYI, they add a 4 percent surcharge for credit or debit card payments.

The food was EXCELLENT. They seemed to be understaffed, but were always kind and polite. The ambience was lacking, but everything was made up by the taste of the food... one of the best in Raleigh. Highly recommend.

The service was non-existent. The food was a disaster. My husband order the lasagna and it was served in a bowl and it looked and tasted like mush. The restaurant has very high ceilings without any sound insulation and the floors are tile, so the noise level is very high and difficult to carry on a conversation at the table. There are so many other authentic and enjoyable Italian restaurants in Raleigh. Do yourself a favor and go to another restaurant.

I was hoping I would find my go to Italian restaurant in my home market. But, unfortunately that was not the case. The best part of our experience were the cocktails we ordered. From there things proceeded downhill. I ordered veal marsala. I have been eating veal marsala for 50 years, and this was the worst I’ve ever eaten. Even though the veal was treated properly, the meal had absolutely no identifiable seasoning. I couldn’t even tell any wine was used on the preparation. One cannot mistake the wonderful flavor of Marsala wine. I hate to say that my quest continues for a good local Italian restaurant.

We were a group of four, and overall, it was a solid experience. The vibe was great, and the staff was friendly. We all thought our meals were delicious—definitely a highlight. That said, I was disappointed they didn’t have brewed coffee, especially since I was hoping for an Irish coffee on such a cold evening. It felt like it might’ve been too much trouble for the bartender to make a pot. Also, the bread for the table didn’t come out until we were almost done with our meals, and the wine pour seemed a bit small for the price. Despite those small things, it was still a good meal, and we’d definitely go back again. Just a few tweaks and it could’ve been even better.

I’m a local and a huge advocate for the restaurant industry! We managed to make a reservation pretty easily for a table of four on a Friday night. There were two choices for seating, high top and table seating. The first thing that got our attention was the neon strip lights on the exterior, it looked like the colors matched the hotel lights but the effect was of a vape shop, inside, the decor looked Homegoodsesque, the music was loud enough to not stay in the background. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, I asked for a few tweaks on my dish, the chef accommodated well, the rest of my party enjoyed their food. The wine list is limited, hoping this expands as the place grows. Overall. We felt like this place was having an identity crisis, it had a very sports bar feeling (TV’s playing sports) mixed in with fine dining menu and prices, there is so much opportunity to make it special, it needs to decide what it wants to be. We didn’t love the fees for paying with a credit card, who walks around with cash these days?

Great food, very good service but seemed like server had too many tables. Banging in kitchen was annoying. Going back to try more menu items.
