Server was very good; genial, aware of menu, and efficient. The waterfront view, when not blocked by cruise ships, is great. Food was well done but it also wasn’t an extremely busy day. Overall a pleasant place for a good selection of northwest seafood.

I thought I made reservations for up stairs but apparently I made them downstairs when asked if I could change them I was told no by the waitress. This place was empty I would say 70 percent of the seating was available. The table where they sat us the light was out so appears very dark. The food was not even close to the quality that I get when I go to the Des Moines location. Absolutely terrible at this location I will never be back to this location and I will share my experience with this location with everyone I know.

The view out the window was wonderful. We arrived just before sunset and it was lovely. Then we saw the sun go down and watched the lights of the city get more and more pronounced. Beautiful! The service was awesome!! The food was great. Nice touch to have the Bell Street Diner pay for our parking. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This location has two restaurants ontop of each other. Person at our correct location assumed we had a reservation upstairs and sent us there, despite not having one. So we were sat next to the loud kitchen as guests without a reservation in the wrong spot. We drove up from Olympia to meet a guest from the Navajo Nation Government and our party was Indigenous. Waiter was AMAZING and she deserves all the praise for making the evening nice. Food was horrible and I've made better in my own home. Asparagus is supposed to have the woody ends cut off and the $60 crab fettuccine looked like dog food with cut up bits of low quality vegetable and caned crab. Steak didn't have seasoning but thankfully the butter helped save it. Before tip, our $380 meal for 4 people tasted like $50 of food. Again, the wait staff was amazing- I hope they are paid well to keep this establishment afloat because the food alone is terrible. If you have a limited menu, then make that food shine!

Disappointed in the selection, then of the selection we tried to order they were out of stock, then the salmon we had was over cooked. Overall would not recommend

From the minute we entered at the door the staff was very helpful with directions. The food was amazing, and we did not wait long. Will visit again.

Did not have my reservation but space available so no problem. Love the restaurant but use the cafe more often for value. Chinooks is my favorite go-to of all their restaurants.
