   Once again an outstanding 5* experience: a tasty leak and potato soup, a perfectly executed creamy pappardelle with chicken and my usual favourite, a warm mini brownie with ice-cream to finish 😋 The service was impeccable, attentive and friendly and the atmosphere just perfect.

   Our experience was acceptable but nothing special. We had a table for 8 which consisted of 2 ill fitting tables pushed together and we were short of a chair and had to ask for one. The location of the table wasnt great as it was away from the main areas of the restaurant so lacked ambiance. The wine was a little warm. The chips on one order were cold. There wasn’t a lot of attention given by the staff.

   Lovely pub and great staff.Variety of menu slightly disappointing-a salad option would be great

   Food was lovely, service was great, decently priced, only thing id say is atmosphere felt quiet, bit of music wouldn't go a miss

   Despite being very full (and noisy!) my wife and I had a really good meal. Particularly impressed with thr delicious pork belly … will be returning for more memorable meals soon!

   First time eating here, atmosphere was lovely and it was busy in the bar and restaurant. The food was very tasty, but it could have been a lot hotter. Baked Alaska for dessert, extremely disappointing as it should have been covered it Italian meringue not shop bought.
