   I was so disappointed because I had been looking forward to going to the place for a long time. As a fan of their locations in Colombia I was happy to see them open a place here in South Florida. Decided to surprise wife for Valentines’s Day since the first place we went to eat together was Andres Carne de Res in Bogota 8 years ago. The place looks amazing. It is beautifully decorated and immaculate. Very clean. However, the service was very disorganized. There was a huge disconnected between two people tending our table and our order of food was not taken. Only the appetizers. So it took us complaining to get them to take the order. I expressed my frustration because I know that since the order was not taken, I would have to now wait longer for food. The steak I ordered (Lomo al Trapo) was not served the way I have seen it served in Colombia for soooo many years that I have eaten at the place. I was disappointed because that part of the experience was lacking. Then I asked for medium well and was served almost rare. I had to wait for it to cook longer on the hot plate as I do not do rare. It was very very very salty. Not as good as I remembered. My wife asked for chicken with mushroom sauce, it was horrible, we did not eat it. The arroz con coco the same. I am not sure what happened but the food overall was not good. Then when it is time to pay and I want the receipt I have to go downstairs to get a copy of it? Why can’t they give it to me at the table. Not to mention that gratuity should not be added automatically for a party of two. Sadly, won’t be going there again.

   Nice decor. Nice environment. Absent waitress. Watery drinks. Very load music. Annoying mimes. Annoying mimes. (The mimes are annoying). Greasy steak. Miniature empanadas. VERY VERY expensive. Quite disappointing after having experienced the one in Bogota. We patronize many Colombian restaurants in South Florida. Love Colombian food. This is the worst one we have experienced. Will not return.

   Todo fue muy demorado. No preguntaron por la propina y enseguida la inclusion. La comida se demoró demasiado y no legation todos juntos. Atencion pésima. No lo recomiendo.

   Andres Miami is an unique place that everyone must try. Same concept as the original Andres. They are able to deliver the same experience. Good job!

   I had an amazing experience at this place! The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. You could tell they use the highest quality meat, and every bite was a delight. The service was exceptional the staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. To top it off, the live shows were fantastic! The energy in the place was unmatched, making for a fun and entertaining evening. Definitely a must-visit for anyone who loves great food and a lively atmosphere!

   If you're a meat lover, this is the place to be. The meat dishes here are top-notch; the steak was juicy and bursting with flavor. The staff were incredibly professional and made us feel like VIPs throughout our visit. Not only did we enjoy an outstanding meal, but the live entertainment was a great touch. The performances created a lively and vibrant atmosphere that made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun night out with great food!

   Overall it was quite satisfying. Definitely sit outside if you like peace and quiet while enjoying your dinner, the noice level inside was well above my tolerance! The food was very good. Service needs a little polish, not too organized, several waiters came to our table with the wrong trays. Lastly, the price of the meat was reasonable. I think I’ll return!

    La comida es excelente,el ambiente muy bueno con música latina, parecido al de Bogotá aunque más pequeño , el servicio fue muy bueno. Seguro volveré nuevamente.
