   La verdad es que nos sorprendió la calidad del producto ofrecido. Estaba todo muy bueno. El servicio muy amable y sonriente. No puedes perderte los productos pasados por el horno: las pizzas son un 10!

   Eddy is doing a fantastic Job, The restaurant is definitely the best in the hotel and is punching well above its weight. Eve was an amazing host and you can tell she really enjoys the work she does which makes the night so much more enjoyable.

   It appears that there isn’t any clear process or management at this restaurant on this day. We were seated, no drinks orders for any service at all for at least 20min, when we were successful to wave down a waitstaff to order both food and drinks. Food was tasty - eggplant parmigiana was quite large serving and delicious as was the prawn pizza and leaf salad. The waitstaff seem inexperienced and didn’t seem happy to be there with no welcoming smile or interaction. Manager really need to step up in a few of the restaurants on the island. The best service so far was at the pacific restaurant.

   Terrible service from a 5 star resort. The waitress failed to explain the specials, forgot the bread, forgot 1 drink order and we felt rushed through our meal.

   El local es agradable y amplio. Al reservar solo se nos permitió por la aplicación reservar a las 8:15, pero después de nuestra mesa no llegó nadie más, con lo que no tenía ningún sentido no permitir una reserva más tarde (a las 21h por ejemplo no quedaba ninguna mesa prácticamente cenando). La comida es okay, tampoco nada del otro mundo, el vino carísimo por la calidad ofrecida, que es baja (i.e. pedimos una copa de vino tinto que costó unos 25 dólares y era un vino muy de batalla). El servicio es simpático y atento pero no es todo lo profesional que cabe esperar. Se equivocaron al encargar uno de los platos; se llevaron las servilletas con los platos de presentación y no trajeron de nuevas (nos levantamos nosotros a buscar más); vinieron en varias ocasiones a pedirnos si teníamos ya claro que queríamos cuando hacía menos de 5 min que nos habían dado las cartas y teníamos todos las cartas abiertas y estábamos leyendo. En resumen, el restaurante no está mal para ser un sitio sin más, con comida okay pero sin brillar, pero no para pagar 60-70 dólares por persona. Por este rango de precios creo que deberían ser capaces de ofrecer comida y vino un poquito mejores y un servicio un pelín más profesional.

   We were impressed with Amici given it is a resort hotel. It has various seating areas - outside tables, outside high tables, multiple inside rooms both large and small. I had to book a high tables online as the only option but had requested a view if possible. Upon arrival Tama checked our booking and opened up a table in a fairly quiet room that overlooked a lovely tropical pond area which was lovely to look over. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and tables well set. The food was delicious and the wait staff well organised and clearly spoken. The wine list was well selected with international and domestic Australian, expensive and also more affordable by the bottle and glass. The menu offered several options across various categories, something for most including families. The staff were obviously well liked, patient and friendly. We ordered the slow cooked lamb ragu pappardelle with sides of broccolini with shaved cheese, and honey heritage carrots with macadamia crumb… the flavour of the lamb pasta was delicious, medium sized serving and above standard, the vegetables were large servings, perfectly steamed and cooked.
