   It was a very interesting experience. The food was delicious but our server student was not great. He was very confused with our allergy customers and the meal took hours.

   This was our first time here and it was my boyfriend 65th birthday. Our waiter Zachary was wonderful. This was his last semester and he was hoping to get a job in Boston and we wish him well. We had two tables by us and we got to chatting to both of them before we left. They had both been to CIA numerous times and made nice suggestions of a restaurant to try next I cannot say enough about this facility and next time I go we plan to stop by the egg yes we know what it is now thank you very much. The food was marvelous. The service spectacular, and everyone from the maître D to our waiter was fabulous.

   We enjoyed our lunch immensely at the American Bounty Restaurant. Every morsel had interesting flavors & presentation from appetizers to dessert!

   The food was delicious and the service was excellent! I liked the appetizer so much that I was given a copy of the recipe to take home. The students who work as servers and hostesses were extremely friendly and genuinely happy to be working there. I would highly recommend the restaurant for a special and/or every day occasion. The fixed price menu offered during the week was reasonably priced and provided three delicious courses (app, dinner, and dessert.)

    My family and I have been here a few times before and the CIA continues to be an excellent choice for dining in the lower Hudson Valley. Service, ambience …excellent. Food is incredible - the desserts were over the top. Highly recommended! We’ll be back!
