            The food was fabulous. I highly recommend the pear salad, Chicken Amarone and New York Cheesecake. The Italian. Margarita was also delicious.

            A NYC gem! Food tastes great. Service spot on. Pasta cooked to a perfect al dente. Seafood Risotto creamy and chocked full of shellfish. The tiramisu was the best we’ve ever had….. and we’ve had a bunch…. Located on 9th Ave, just a couple of blocks off of Time Square and the Theater District, it’s well situated. When we’re visiting NYC again, we’ll be back.

            Was looking for traditional, homemade Italian food, and Amarone nailed it! The food and service were both excellent. The lasagna, Osso Buco, and Arriabata were all outstanding dishes. Our server Valencia was attentive and knowledgeable and made great suggestions. Loved the ambience and style of the restaurant. Not too noisy but great for any occasion. Will definitely come back here on next trip to NYC!

            Perfect pre-show dinner spot! Very conveniently located near everything in mid-town! Delicious cocktails, wine and food. Service was wonderful! You won’t be disappointed! Two members of our party selected from the 3 course price fix menu - a real value!

            We went for an early dinner, after a play. We were warmly greeted not withstanding being almost 30 minutes early. The menu had depth and variety. We thoroughly enjoyed the arancini appetizer. I had the lasagna and my partner had the rigatoni. Both dishes were tasty, filling and traditional. Dessert will have to wait for our next time at Amarone, for there will be a next time. Good value, location to the theater district and the feeling that we had discovered a neighborhood jewel.
