AMANO Authenic Mexican , is another one of Chef Yvonne Khananis' dreams. She is bringing it to life with her Chef de Cuisine, Adrian Loto, who runs her kitchen at Polenteria Italian in Los Gatos. Along with Chef Adrian, she has enlisted her Executive Chef of Oy! Gluten Free Baking company, and Adrians brother, Jonathan Vellaso Millan.

Their menu has been simmering for years and it is now time to release these dishes and flavors to our community and those surrounding us.

Chef Yvonne, known for Gluten free (celiac safe) cooking, brings that to AMANO! Many Gluten Free options available for those that are Gluten intolerant.

They are a closed business. They still accept OpenTable reservations, so I guess they forgot to turn that off.

Relaxed atmosphere and fantastic food. Service was wonderful and the margaritas, chips/guac, and entrees were all amazing. Would definitely go again! Plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options as well!
